About the Club

The Border Terrier Club of Ontario is a non-profit organization located in Ontario Canada, has been in existence since 1996 and has endeavoured to touch the many facets of the dog world, hopefully fulfilling the expectations of our membership as a whole.

We have held one BT Specialty every year since 2000.

The BTCO also plans to hold several Boosters throughout the year, so stay tuned for more details.

Agility

Agility is one of the 'funner' sports a dog can compete in. It can also be one of the more strenuous as BTs can be VERY fast and you, the handler, have to keep up with them. Though most of the top Agility dogs are Border Collies and Shetland Sheepdogs, there are a few Border Terriers who have earned their Agility titles. There are several pieces of equipment present in the Agility ring, these can be seen at the links below.
